Dežela rek - The Land of the Rivers

Bangladeš je država, polna prijaznih in odprto mislečih ljudi. Je tudi ena najgosteje poseljenih držav na svetu. Državo krasijo številne reke in največja rečna delta na svetu, ki jo tvorijo reke Padma (Ganges), Jamuna (Brahmaputra) in Meghna. Zato jo upravičeno imenujejo “Dežela rek”. Jaz bi jo opisal kot deželo, ki za vedno pusti v človeku močno čustveno sled.

Bangladesh is a country full of friendly and open-minded people. It is also one of the most densely populated countries in the world. The country is adorned by many rivers and the largest river delta in the world, formed by the rivers Padma (Ganges), Jamuna (Brahmaputra) and Meghna. That is why it is rightly called the “Land of Rivers”. I would describe it as a country that leaves a strong emotional mark on a person forever.
